Whatever Help you want please Always put your Character Name. and please state your problem in nice format For Example:

Character Name: Stone
Problem: I was stucked (somwhere)!Can you help me? Or else if you any problems have.
Dont write at the subject bar like "Help me plz" or neither "I Need Help.."
Always say in the subject bar with short phrases your problem. example:
"There are items with i dont know what to do?" etc.
If you are a good collective the other players or the moderators will give a tones of suggestions and advices.
